Putting you in control

There will be a no obligation free discussion about the suitability of your case for Direct Access together with a clear indication of the costs involved.

If you wish to proceed you will receive a Client Care Letter (effectively our ‘agreement’) setting out precisely what you require me to do and what the fees will be.

Competitive rates calculated by the hour or an agreed fixed fee can be agreed.  

If an hourly rate is agreed a ceiling can be placed upon the hours worked until any further agreement is reached.

Whichever method you choose you have full control of the costs of your case from the beginning.
