Inquiries

I have appeared in a variety of tribunals during the course of my career including VAT tribunals both at first instance and on appeals.

I have also advised upon and appeared in inquiries and public meetings concerning, inter alia, the retention of medical services to a community and the proper provision of adequate sewage plant resulting in environmental pollution in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is presently instructed to appear in a public inquiry involving controversial proposed alterations to established public rights of way.
